Rugby time again. This time it’s the King’s Cross Steelers. The first open membership gay and bisexual rugby club in the world, the Steelers are now one of over 40 ‘gay’ rugby teams across the world.
Every 2 years all these teams come together to compete in a tournament called the ‘Bingham Cup’. It’s the World Championship of gay rugby. It’s also the largest men’s 15-aside rugby union tournament in the sporting calendar outside of the IRB Rugby World Cup. The next Bingham Cup is in Sydney starting in late August 2014.
The 2014 KX Steelers calendar raises funds to send a strong squad to Australia and helps to cover the substantial costs involved in taking part in such an iconic tournament.
So, it was a done-deal. The hot boys of the Steeler’s rugby club have stripped off and teamed up with London photographer Felipe Tozzato to produce an amazing 2014 calendar filled with hot, sweaty, well oiled guys in their underwear or less! It’s a big one too – printed in A3 and priced at £12.
Calendars can be purchased online at kxscalendar.com or at one of their upcoming calendar parties. Calendars can also be purchased on match days at our clubhouse in West Ham (check The KX Steelers Facebook page for fixtures).

It’s the fourteenth year for the Farmers Calendar. This year thye are supporting Help for Heroes, and are pledging £1000 from the sale of the Farmers Calendar and the Lady Farmers Calendar.
The Farmers Calendar is about real farmers from all over the UK, and about injecting a bit of fun into a very difficult and challenging lifestyle. The farmers have proved time and time again that even with the restrictions placed upon them they are fun loving and always game for a laugh, while still producing the food that appears on our plates.

Irish Beef has never been tastier. For a charity calendar featuring Irish Farmers you would expect a bunch of strapping Irish lads messing around, enjoying the craic and otherwise enjoying the Emerald Isle. That’s exactly what we have here. A fun and light-hearted calendar featuring some great guys getting down to work for charity. Here’s the cover – Mister January is Gareth Alcorn from Kilkenny.
The calendar features some great artful photographs by photographer Fran Marshall. The proceeds from the calendar go to help Bóthar, an Irish charity which helps the developing world by sending farm animals where they are needed. They also help provide sustainable growth in communities with initiatives such as fishing projects. Currently 31 Bóthar calves are being raised by Loughan House prisoners in Ireland, and they will be donated to local families in Rusizi, Rwanda and help supply a creamery being developed there, when they are older.
The full cast are Colin O’Brien and Dan Kirby from Westmeath, John Wallace and Donagh Heffernan from Tipperary, Gareth Alcorn from Kilkenny, Gary and Jamie Laughlin, a father and son duo from Antrim, John Fanning from Wexford, Michael Naughton and Stephen Hamilton from Roscommon, and last but certainly not least Paddy O’Connor from Wexford.
