National Underwear Day takes over Time Square, New York
August 6, 2013Freshpair, sponsors of the USA National Underwear Day, pushed out the gauntlet this year. To celebrate the day (August 5th), they set out to break the Guinness World Record for the most people in their underwear in one place.
Those Guinness boffins are doing their calculations, and we’ll keep you updated on the new record.
Freshpair created National Underwear Day in 2003, and since then it has bloomed, and travelled Internationally. London holds an annual ‘no pants on the tube’ day each year. (pants is the English for underwear, not jeans).
